With Nokia PC Suite you can edit, store, and synchronise your Nokia mobile phone data with a Microsoft Windows based PC system.

Nokia PC Suite is compatible with most Nokia devices. You can view all the supported models on the Nokia PC Suite web site.

Nokia PC Suite is currently available for Microsoft Windows. For a list of supported operating systems, see requirements on the Nokia PC Suite web site.

To create a connection between your device and your PC, you need a data cable, an infrared port, or Bluetooth connection on both the PC and the device. You also need the Nokia PC Suite installation package. You may have it on a CD-ROM or a DVD, or you can download it for free from the Nokia PC Suite web site. Some Nokia PC Suite applications manage data between your device and PC programs such as Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes.

• Back up personal data from your phone to a PC.
• Restore personal data from your PC to any supported phone.
• Synchronise personal data between a phone and a PC.
• Use your phone as a modem to connect your PC to the Internet.
• Create, edit, and view the contacts stored on your phone.
• Share business cards by multimedia messages or email.
• Send text messages and multimedia messages from your PC.
• View and organise messages into folders.
• Edit and manage calendar entries on your phone.
• Transfer files between the phone and the PC. View your phone files and folders on the PC.
• Note that you can manage your mobile phone in Windows Explorer as a Windows Portable Device or with Nokia Phone Browser, depending on the operating system and Microsoft software installed on your PC.
• Store images and video clips from your phone on a PC.
• Transfer video files between your PC and phone.
• Install games and other programs from the PC on your phone.
• Explore Ovi Music, download and play music on your PC and transfer it to your mobile device.
• Download Nokia Software Updater from the Internet, and update your phone software for additional functionality and improved performance.
• Download maps from the Internet and preload them onto your phone for the Nokia Maps application
